Vincent,Jr.
Chaparrals founder and Managing Partner, Fred W. Vincent,
Jr., holds both Baccalaureate and Masters degrees in Business Administration from
the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University, respectively.
For twelve years, Mr. Vincent, Jr. served the concrete machinery industry as President
of American Built Equipment Company, Inc.
Ricardo Molina
Chaparrals Vice President and International Sales Manager,
Ricardo Molina, earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
Monterrey TEC, Mexico, and a Masters degree in Global Management from Thunderbird,
the American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix, Arizona. In addition
to his native language, Spanish, Mr. Molina is fluent in both English and French.
Mr. Molina served the ready-mixed concrete industry as General Manager of ABC Concrete
Inc. Austin, Texas, for three years. He has been traveling around the world setting
up concrete batch plants and providing technical support on new concrete operations.

Rolando Segovia,is our Regional Manager in Mexico.
Chris Hauge
Chaparral's concrete pump/placement Product Manager, Chris Hauge, started running pumps for other companies in the late 1970's. In 1983 Chris formed his own business: Christopher's Concrete Pumping. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the concrete pumping arena to Chaparral's already burgeoning stable of experts. He has extensive experience with both concrete pumping and placing equipment. Chris can teach you the most important aspects of pumping, and make sure you get the right equipment for your job.

Chris, Chaparrals Vice President of IT, earned a Baccalaureate
Degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma Christian University.
Chris will be pursuing his M.B.A. in the near future and occasionally plays saxophone
